📦 Returns Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• The item must be in its original condition — unused, unworn, and with all original packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (depending on your bank or card provider).

❌ Non-Refundable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on:

• Sale or clearance items (if marked as "final sale")
• Customized or personalized products (unless damaged or defective)
